Payments & Bookings

1. Payments & Transactions

All payments made on Circls — for event tickets, registrations, or services — are due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Late or failed payments may result in cancellation of bookings or restricted platform access.

Payments must be made via accepted methods such as credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, or bank transfers. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may include applicable taxes. Additional charges such as service or platform fees may apply at checkout.

2. Event Access & Entry

Event tickets or registrations grant access only to the specified event and are non-transferable unless explicitly stated. Entry may be subject to verification via QR code, government ID, or other means.

Circls is not responsible for denied entry due to incorrect information provided by the user, late arrival, or failure to meet event-specific requirements.

Events & Organizers

3. Event Experience & Satisfaction

Circls acts as a platform to discover, host, and manage events. While we strive to ensure a seamless experience, the quality, content, and execution of events are the sole responsibility of the respective event organizers.

If you face any issues related to an event, you must notify us or the organizer within 24 hours of the event.

4. Changes, Delays & Cancellations

Event schedules, venues, and formats may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Circls is not liable for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations caused by organizers, third parties, or external factors such as weather or technical issues. Users will be notified of major changes where possible.

5. Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers using Circls are responsible for providing accurate event details, delivering the promised experience, and managing attendees and logistics. Circls is not liable for discrepancies between listed and actual event experiences.

All organizers agree to these Terms & Conditions upon creating or listing an event on the platform.

User Conduct & Data

6. User Conduct

Users agree to behave responsibly and respectfully at events and on the platform. Any misconduct, harassment, or violation of applicable laws may result in immediate removal from events and suspension of account access without refund.

7. Data & Privacy

By using Circls, you consent to the collection and use of your data for event facilitation, communication, and platform improvement. Your information may be shared with event organizers for event-related purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund policies vary by event and are determined by the event organizer. Unless otherwise stated:

• Tickets once booked are non-refundable.
• Refunds (if applicable) must be requested within the specified timeline.
• Convenience/platform fees are non-refundable.

Platform & Liability

9. Platform Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted access to the platform but do not guarantee that the service will always be available, secure, or error-free. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.

10. Force Majeure

Circls is not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or technical outages.

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gibbous Technologies Private Limited and Circls from any claims, losses, or damages arising from misuse of the platform, participation in events, or violation of these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

Circls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or participation in events. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction in question.

Disclaimers

13. Event Content Disclaimer

Circls does not control or guarantee the accuracy, safety, or quality of event content provided by organizers.

14. Third-Party Disclaimer

Events, venues, and services may involve third parties. Circls is not responsible for their actions or performance.

15. Media & Content Disclaimer

By attending events, you may be photographed or recorded. Such content may be used for promotional purposes by the organizer or Circls unless you explicitly opt out in writing before the event.

16. Networking & Interaction Disclaimer

Circls is not responsible for user interactions, connections, or outcomes arising from networking through the platform. Participation in events is voluntary and users are responsible for their own safety and decisions.

17. Marketing Communication Consent

By providing your information on circls.app, you agree to receive event updates, notifications, and promotional communications from Circls. You may opt out at any time by emailing contact@gibbous.io.

Legal

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

19. Agreement

By using circls.app, booking events, or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Payment Processing & Merchant Information

20. Merchant of Record & Tax Identification

All payments made on Circls are processed and collected by Gibbous Technologies Private Limited, the entity operating the Circls platform.

Gibbous Technologies Private Limited is the authorised merchant of record and will appear as the merchant on payment gateways, bank/card statements, and invoices.
